Available choices

The checkout screen is the source for payment options currently enabled for the purchase. We begin handling the order only when payment authorization succeeds. Use the checkout display for information that is specific to a purchase.

Reviewing a transaction

Providers may authorize or reject payment, place it under review, or ask for verification. Billing information must be correct. An incomplete, high-risk, or unverified payment can hold up or cancel an order. Support can clarify how this information applies to a particular order.

Questions and refunds

Full card numbers are not saved on this page. For a decline, failed payment, chargeback, dispute, authorization hold, or exchange-rate issue, consult the card issuer or payment provider. A refund that is approved generally follows the original payment route, with posting controlled by that provider. Have the order confirmation ready when you contact support.
